First & Forever

Terms of Service

Last updated 9 October 2026

These terms explain how First & Forever works and what we expect from each other. By creating an account, you agree to them.

The service

First & Forever lets parents keep their child's memories in one private place and share them with people they invite.

Your account

You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Your content stays yours

You own everything you add. You give us only the permission needed to store, display and share it with the people you choose, so the service can work.

Only add content you have the right to share, and respect the privacy of others shown in it.

Sharing and roles

Parents can invite family members. Parents control who has access and can remove anyone at any time. Family members can view, comment and write letters.

The 18th-birthday handover

When the child turns 18, the parents can invite them to take over their story. Parents keep contributor access afterwards.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for anything unlawful, harmful, or to upload content that infringes the rights of others.

Availability

We work hard to keep First & Forever running and your memories safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We recommend keeping your own copies of irreplaceable originals.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under EU law.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that seriously breach these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Contact hello@firstandforever.app with any question.
